Since he was in the neighborhood, I had him look over my system. It was not keeping up with the heat of the summer. He got it up and running much better, but a month or two later I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new system now instead of waiting till it totally died. Logan replaced the entire system. He rebuilt the platform in the garage, even painted the wall behind the air handler, and the part outside was placed on a brand new cement base.
